Beyer, ca 1865. 2-cent US Internal Revenue stamp on verso. -- Image showing Chicago & Alton Railroad Engine No. 58 of the Lincoln funeral train at Springfield, Illinois. Chicago: J. Carbutt, ca 1865. A large portrait of Lincoln is fastened at the front of the engine, which is draped in mourning.
